The view is cloudy. The ground opens up under my feet. Weightlessness guides my steps while the knot in the pit of my stomach cuts off my breath. The murmur around me plugs my ears. Everything becomes liquid, slippery and viscous.
I scratch my belly and hold my breath.
I couldn't tell anyone. I was alone.
