SINOPSIS

The documentary covers a broad timeline: starting from the 1880s to the present day. The objective of covering this time is to see how, when and under what circumstances the concept of "Basque cuisine" emerged as a refined and high-class cuisine, and what relationship this process had with the formation of a Basque identity throughout over time. We want a link between history and current events to be reflected. To do this we will have the testimony of several Basque chefs on this topic.
