REGISTRATIONS OPEN TO PARTICIPATE IN THE XVI EXPRESS FILM FESTIVAL OF PORTUGALETE
The Express Film Festival is not an ordinary contest, it is an event where all the short films submitted to the competition are shot on the same day of the festival, in an "express" way. In just 10 hours, and with their own equipment, the participants have to devise, script, shoot and edit the works: quite a challenge!
All short films must follow a common theme (which the participants do not know until the day of the festival) and use at least 3 locations proposed by the organization. To participate, it is not necessary to be a professional or have any special technical knowledge, just the desire, creativity and the ability to experiment to build a story.

The registration period will be open until September 16, 2024. The organization reserves the right to close registrations prior to this date in the case of full participation.
